1. Service provider

2. What Neo Lance offers

• Free and paid digital resources (templates, guides, model contracts and other documents).

• Neo+: a monthly or annual subscription giving access to included resources and Neo AI.

• Neo AI: a tool that generates drafts of professional documents from your answers.

• A personal dashboard to store documents, favourites, purchases and downloads.

3. User account

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You can sign in with email and password or with Google. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. After payment you receive an email confirmation and immediate access to the resource from your dashboard.

5. Neo+ subscription

• Neo+ renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period already paid and will not be charged again.

• Access to Neo+ resources and Neo AI depends on the subscription being active.

• If we change the price, we will notify you in advance and it will apply from the next renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal

Resources are digital content delivered immediately. By completing the purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act. If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

7. Resource licence

Buying a resource or accessing it with Neo+ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your professional activity and with your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or sublicense the resources, even modified, or share access to your account.

8. Using Neo AI

• Neo AI produces automatic drafts that may contain errors. You must review them before use.

• Generated documents are not legal, tax or professional advice. For legal matters, consult a qualified professional.

• You are responsible for the information you enter and the final use of the documents. Do not enter sensitive personal data about third parties without a legal basis.

• Documents you generate are yours to use freely in your work.

• We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the service running properly.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, bypass access or download restrictions, automate bulk downloads, or generate illegal, defamatory or infringing content.

10. Intellectual property

The website, the Neo Lance brand, designs, texts, images and resources belong to their owner or are used under licence. No rights are granted beyond the licence described here.

11. Liability

We work to keep the service available and working properly but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Neo Lance is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the resources or generated documents. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@neolance.es. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid further charges.

13. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. The current version will be published here and significant changes will be communicated to you. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
