Refund policy

1. Immediately delivered digital content

All Neo Lance resources are digital files made available instantly after payment. Before paying, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).

2. When we refund

• The file is damaged or cannot be opened and we cannot replace it.

• The resource does not substantially match its description.

• You were charged twice or the wrong amount.

• You could not access the resource due to a technical fault on our side that we did not fix.

3. Neo+ subscription

• You can cancel Neo+ at any time from your dashboard; there will be no further charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

• We do not refund periods already started, except for billing errors or serious service failures attributable to us.

• If we charge a renewal you cancelled in time, we refund it in full.

4. How to request it

Email info@neolance.es within 30 days of purchase with your account email, the resource and the issue. We reply within 5 business days.

5. How it is paid back

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Refunding a resource removes access to its download.
