Digital product terms

1. What you receive

Downloadable digital files (PDF, DOCX, templates and other formats listed on each page). Each page describes its content, formats and length. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Access and downloads

• Purchased resources stay available in your dashboard, under "My account", while your account is active.

• Download links are private and temporary, created each time you download.

• We recommend keeping a copy on your device.

• Resources included in Neo+ can only be downloaded while the subscription is active.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

• Use and adapt the resources in your own professional activity.

• Use them with your clients, for example by sending a customised contract or proposal.

4. What is not allowed

• Reselling, giving away, sharing or distributing the files, original or modified.

• Publishing them on websites, social media, marketplaces or template banks.

• Including them in products, courses or bundles you sell or give away.

• Sharing your account or download links with others.

• Using the resources to train artificial intelligence models.

If a team or company needs to use them with several people, contact us for a team licence.

5. Legal templates

Contracts, NDAs and other models are guidance templates based on common practice in Spain. They do not replace advice from a lawyer; adapt them to your case.

6. Updates

We may improve or update resources. New versions will be available in your dashboard at no extra cost.

7. Breaches

Use contrary to this licence may lead to account cancellation without refund and legal action for intellectual property infringement.
