Neo+ terms

1. What it includes

• Access to resources marked as included in Neo+ while the subscription is active.

• Use of Neo AI to generate documents, subject to fair use.

• Advanced tools and members-only content.

The included catalogue may change over time; we always aim to grow it, not shrink it.

2. Plans and prices

• Monthly: €12 per month.

• Annual: €120 per year (€10 per month equivalent).

Prices include taxes. There is no trial period.

3. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. You receive an email receipt for each charge.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("My account" → manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period, then it is deactivated.

5. Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe retries it over a few days. If it cannot be collected, the subscription is suspended and access to included content is lost until you update your payment.

6. Plan and price changes

You can switch from monthly to annual from the billing portal. If we change the price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and it will apply at the next renewal; you can cancel before then.

7. When the subscription ends

• You can no longer download Neo+ included resources (resources bought separately remain yours).

• Documents you generated with Neo AI stay saved in your dashboard.

• Files already downloaded can still be used under the licence.

8. Refunds

The refund policy applies: started periods are not refunded except for billing errors or serious service failures.
