Neo AI terms of use

1. What Neo AI is

A tool that generates drafts of professional documents (proposals, quotes, contracts, NDAs, briefs and client emails) from your questionnaire answers. It runs on third-party artificial intelligence models.

2. Access

Neo+ members can generate documents under fair use. Users without a subscription get a limited number of free generations. We may adjust these limits to keep the service running.

3. AI-generated output

• Documents are automatic drafts and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

• You must review and adapt them before sending or signing them.

• They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. For contracts and legal matters, consult a qualified professional.

• Neo Lance is not responsible for the consequences of using an unreviewed document.

4. Your data and content

• What you enter is sent to the AI provider only to generate your document and is not used to train models.

• Documents are stored in your dashboard, accessible only to you, until you delete them.

• Generated documents are yours to use freely.

• Do not enter sensitive data (health, full bank details, passwords) or third parties' personal data without a legal basis.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Neo AI to generate illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or infringing content, or to bypass its limits or automate bulk requests.

6. Transparency

In line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, we inform you that Neo AI texts are generated with AI. If you publish them, you are responsible for any transparency obligations that apply to you.

7. Availability

Neo AI depends on external providers and may suffer interruptions. We may change or improve the models used at any time.
